I was very sleepy when I arrived in the kitchen. As usual checking everything then preparing mise en place. I went to the vegetable fridges to take some eggplant for Penne ala norma (penne pasta with tomato sauce and eggplant) and this is what I got, a male eggplant. Ha ha ha very funny.
Seeing unusual vegetables like this is fun.
