Just now I realized that we have this combination oven in my previous work way back in the Philippines. But this one we use only as a steamer because we have s big oven for baking and bread making. But my manager teach us only 3 steps and they do not allow us to do or to try anything with that combination oven.
But now I know and its good to learn how to operate this machine. this machine comes in different brand, different size, different features..
